Summary Walmart is the best photo lab for local pick up. They've recently started using a type of lab called a "dry lab" which produces extremely vivid images. Walmart's one-hour turnaround is also the quickest when compared to other local options like CVS, Walgreens, and Office Depot. Walmart's local pick up photo quality is surprisingly better than ordering online. Artifact Uprising specializes in unique cardstock photos. They use an American-made paper, Mohawk, based in New York. While the prints look and feel beatuifully, when compared side-by-side to a high-end photo lab like Nations, we rate them at 80% for vibrancy.
