Local pick up As of early 2020, Target no longer offers local pick up. Previously, local pick up was available via thousands of Kodak kiosks. Photo ordering is now only available online for delivery to your home.
Summary While Target photos are only available online, the quality is outstanding. Target uses the same paper as Nation's Photo Lab, the highest quality test in our results. CVS is convenient and quick for local photo printing. After Walmart, their photos scored the best quality for local pick up. Strangely, the quality for their online photos is slightly lower than ordering locally. For online ordering, we suggest Walgreens over CVS.
