Summary While Target photos are only available online, the quality is outstanding. Target uses the same paper as Nation's Photo Lab, the highest quality test in our results. Amazon is one of the best deals for photo prints, especially for Prime members who get free shipping with no order minimum. Amazon sent our 10 test photos by UPS 2nd Day Air, the quickest delivery in all our tests. However, the quality isn't as good as some of our other tests like Walmart local and Nations.
