Local pick up As of early 2020, Target no longer offers local pick up. Previously, local pick up was available via thousands of Kodak kiosks. Photo ordering is now only available online for delivery to your home.
Summary While Office Depot has potential to be a convenient local photo lab option (there are only a few such as CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart), it falls short. Locally, the print quality is terrible: The prints are more of a postcard or cardstock print, not a photo lab print. Several of our test prints had visible flaws, such as the balloon print. The color has an orange glow. Their online prints are far superior in vibrancy but the use far too much packaging, while also being the most expensive shipping of all we tested. While Target photos are only available online, the quality is outstanding. Target uses the same paper as Nation's Photo Lab, the highest quality test in our results.

When you order photos from Office Depot / OfficeMax Photo, here's what you can
expect the envelope to look like.

Office Depot shipped 10 4x6 prints to us in a massive box. The box was far too large for small 4x6 prints and a waste of packaging. The cost was also $9.95 which was by far the highest in our tests.

A brown announcement envelope-shaped box is positioned vertically and held in place by a hand. There is a slant purple stamp with some digits near the top-right of the box. There is a slanted shipping label stuck in at the center. The top left corner has the return address, it reads, “OFFICE DEPOT, 15514387403, 2200 OLD GERMANTOWN RD, DELRAY FL 33445.” The right side of the label has text that mentions the size of the box, “1 LBS” and some text that reads: “1 OF 1.” Under the size and the serial number is some tiny illegible text. At the center of the label, the text begins with “SHIP TO” followed by a blurred shipping address. Below, are more blur contents which are presumably the tracking barcode and shipping number. There is some text below the tracking number that says “BILLING: 3RD PARTY.” Some probably irrelevant text printed across. The bottom left corner contains reference numbers in tiny text.
