We ordered the same 10 photos from Mixbook and CVS Photo, scanned them all in, and created this guide just for you.

When we tested August 2020 August 2020
Summary Mixbook is one of the middle-of-the-road results in our reviews. While the clarity of the prints is good, our prints came with slightly bent corners. The Kodak paper is also a more basic version of Kodak paper, vs Kodak Professional paper used by some other labs. CVS is convenient and quick for local photo printing. After Walmart, their photos scored the best quality for local pick up. Strangely, the quality for their online photos is slightly lower than ordering locally. For online ordering, we suggest Walgreens over CVS.

When you order photos from Mixbook, here's what you can
expect the envelope to look like.

A vertically positioned white wallet envelope with a mailing label on the front. The top left corner of the label has Mixbook.com’s return address. There is a long box, with two parts, the left part has a blurred out QR code.
