BJs Photo envelopes

When you order photos from BJs Photo, here's what you can
expect the envelope to look like.

A white catalog envelope is vertically positioned with the bigger flap at the bottom covering almost 1/4 of the envelope. A shipping label is stuck at the top left part. There is a return address on the top left, it reads, “LIFE PICS, SHIPPING MANAGER, 1985 LOOKOUT DRIVE, NORTH MANKATO, MN56003.” next to it, a blurred out QR code. Below that, is a text that says “SHIP TO:” followed by a blur delivery address. At the center are texts that say “Shipping Reference:4048, Consignee Reference:66.” Under, are two parallel lines separated at the left. The left has a blurred out QR Code, the right is where you'd see “UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS, MMID#: 801300202405112615.” Under, is a blurred out text—presumably the tracking number—A text reads, “COST CENTER #: 66” and it is right under the blur. A white sticker is stuck on the right-bottom part of the shipping label with most of its content blurred out.
